My name is Erin, and I was born in Oregon, however, I have been in North Carolina for over twenty years. I have been licensed in Massage Therapy for 6+ years, focusing on pain management for many demographics, from the youthful to our golden population.  My goal for every massage is to help you become a better version of yourself.

I believe that if you are in pain, it alters how you think and respond. For instance, by not having the distraction of pain you are able to think more clearly in how you respond to different situations. Even if the pain returns and you might feel "better," you are able to see more around you. You might smile at a stranger improving their lives even a little better for the day.
